Love my job just feel the pay could be a little better.
Housekeeper:
Pros: The guest.
Cons: Low on supplies.
Front Desk Agent:
Pros: Working with people and solving problems and improve results.
Cons: Nothing.
Good pay, lots of hours.
Front Desk Agent:
Pros: Good pay, lots of hours, nice guests, room discounts,
Cons: Unpredictable schedules, long hours up to 16 hrs a day every so often.
It's awsome.
Line Cook:
Pros: The people are all really great. The chef is amazing and willing to teach you.
Cons: Random hours. Everyone speaks Spanish so sometimes it's hard to communicate with them.
Ins And Outs Of Hotel Lifestyle.
Line Cook:
Pros: Working with gourmet and exotic food, the fast pace and challenges that make you a better chef.
Cons: The commute is the hardest and the petty drama that some non culinary staff members bring into the kitchen which stirs up conflict, also the work load for the time frame given.
Event Manager:
Pros: Appreciation of guests and employees, benefit plan, hotel discounts.
Cons: Minimal staffing levels.
