Citigroup, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Citigroup, Inc.?

Leadership behavior constantly negates opportunities to produce meaningful work and develop career.
Lead Business Analyst in Wilmington:
Pros: Great work/life balance
Cons: All technology including internal systems, platforms and even laptops are incredibly outdated, leading to frequent issues and employee unproductive time
Assistant Vice President, Corporate Banking:
Salary ok ok but work is not that interesting. No much scope of innovation though depends on dept to dept. Work life balance is good, but location is quite far from main citi so have to travel daily a lot.
Building a better Citi.
Senior Vice President (SVP), Operations in New York:
Pros: Challenging work to improve the way things are done
Cons: Lack of urgency
Dead end.
Senior Compliance Analyst in Buffalo:
Pros: Some good people, but they're strangled by the bureaucracy. Depending on your manager, roles can be very flexible.
Cons: Lack of mentorship, ability to be reshuffled into different role/reporting line without having any input.
Corporate culture.
Vice President (VP), Information Technology (IT):
Pros: I enjoyed my job very much and managing technicians in the technology industry.
