PDCA, plan, do, check, act. That is the corner stones of our job.
QA/QC is the ultimate deciding factor in whether the job was done well!
Always make time to listen. Don't pretend to listen; LISTEN. By doing so you will not only add to your own knowledge but also gain great insight into what goes no within your workplace.
