Quality Assurance Manager:
Pros: Quality Assurance management to me is making sure our practices, our processes and procedures align with the company's vision, mission and values. To do what we say, and say what we do, and ensure all the staff know why they are doing what they do.
It is my job to ensure everything is in place so that the whole organisation knows how to walk the walk and talk the talk.
Cons: The hardest part of the Quality assurance management is managing the change with so many and varying personalities to work with. But it is a challenge I enjoy.
