Pros: I like that I am at home and if my daughter needs something I am right there with her and don't have to put her in daycare
Cons: I dislike that so many people who are supposed to be professional are more childish than regular employees and the team leaders at this company are a joke
Quality Analyst:
There is very little opportunity to make a difference in the quality of our agents. We listen to calls for the sake of listening to calls, and that's it. It's more like a Quantity Analyst, not Quality Analyst.
