Sykes Reviews

What is it like working at Sykes?

Repetitive and boring.
Customer Service Agent in Berlin:
Pros: It's close to where I live the office is nice most of the staff are nice
Cons: you have to write a message in a chat room that you are going to the toilet. the toilet break is timed on a timer. the lunch break has to be requested in the morning and is also timed. it is extremely repetitive. the software used is salesforce, which is unnecessarily convoluted even for simple tasks. the training was very poorly done. you have to explain things repeatedly to customers who don't listen or don't seem very bright
Very nice, IT Analyst is a new LOB in SYKES PH so I'm the first one.
