Qualfon Reviews

What is it like working at Qualfon?

Dead end employment.
Travel Consultant in Fort Collins:
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No support for the jobs even though high production levels expected. High harassment levels and no remedies for discrimination. Labor law violations. Does not contribute to health insurance plans at all. Does not offer promotions to working moms. Does not provide raises at all to stay on track with cost of living in the area. No technical support. Constant turn over. Discipline given for no reason. This company needs to be shut down if they do not improve drastically and perform on a fair level.
Call Center with a lot of Potential.
Call Center Agent in San Antonio:
Pros: I enjoy the attitude of my supervisors. The staff really try to make work a happy, healthy place.
Cons: The strict break times are a little pretentious, even if you are awesome at your job, it's there, nagging at you.
Provide feedback and coaching to ensure the quality of the customer service. Provide monthly completion update to ensure the productivity is being complied at the end of the month.
