PricewaterhouseCoopers Reviews

What is it like working at PricewaterhouseCoopers?

It's like rolling a dice.
Finance Manager in London:
Pros: Lack of involvment in the decision making process; 'favourties' always get ahead far more quicker;
Cons: You are recruited in not really knowing what you will be doing. Your work/life balance toally depends on luck; you could be in a badly managed team or be lucky enough to be in a good team with good leadership.
Challenging, not well paid.
Practice Manager in Buenos Aires:
Pros: Chance to suggest changes, improvements
Cons: It's not clear What to achieve to be promoted above Manager leve.
Learning experience but no work/life balance.
Associate Auditor in Pasig City:
Pros: The sense of accomplishment everytime I finished an urgent task
Cons: Working beyond shift
Insightful.
Data Analyst in Buenos Aires:
Pros: Amazing professionals, big growth opportunities and lot of resources available
Cons: Overworking and tight deadlines
Carrot and stick motivation to become a partner is killing us softly.
Executive Director in Abu Dhabi:
Pros: The opportunities to see many different different customers' ecosystems.
Cons: Internal politics generate a gigantic amount of inefficiencies. Too many partners have not even the slightest idea or experience whatsoever in the fields they are supposed to be experts in, relying in SM and directors with unrealistic expectations of their ability to deliver on time and budget poorly defined proposals, with overinflated promises to clients.
Professional.
Financial Consultant in Los Angeles:
Pros: The ability to serve clients in multiple industries.
Cons: Endless internal communications due to the load and demand of the job.
Underpaid, overworked and never valued.
Data Analyst in Sydney:
Pros: Team/colleagues are all lovely people, work is challenging and I enjoy problem solving
Cons: Pay is shit, no recognition or relief from the continuous sprints. If you can avoid it, do not work here. They don't deserve you, and they don't care about you at all.
