Kpmg Consulting Reviews

What is it like working at Kpmg Consulting?

Lots of room for improvement, but overall not bad.
Lead UX Designer in Tampa:
Pros: As an independent contractor, I love the flexibility and high hourly rate. KPMG has resources to work with, and as long as you show up proactively and do your job, you'll be fine. KPMG knows good design when they see it, and they appreciate it. My opinion as a designer is respected, which is better than many companies in tech who haven't got the memo that design drives successful business.
Cons: Still not a lot of women representing in executive leadership roles that I've interacted with. KPMG may be making attempts at inclusivity, but what matters more is how people are treated when invited to the table. Since the company is so large, it's really a reflection of human culture more than anything, and we still have a long way to go there. If you're a woman or POC, find your allies with less bias and stay connected. You'll be happier.
Interesting, challenging, enticing, motivating and very impactful.
Research Analyst in Dimapur:
Pros: The impact the projects can have.
Cons: Delivery of the projects.
Information Technology (IT) Manager:
At KPMG, leadership focuses on delivering sustainable quality services and products to clients. Junior staff is expected early on to show entrepreneurship and manage own client relationships, sales and revenues. Combining audit with advisory practices complicates engagements, but this is the same for all big4 firms. This relationship however ensures that, as a consultant, you quickly advise c-level executives at medium sized to large corporates.
My review.
Management Consultant in Kolkata:
Pros: The work is dynamic. There are challenging and interesting aspects. The seniors are very helpful and approachable.
Cons: No fixed working hours. Expected to work on most weekends.
