Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) Reviews
What is it like working at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP)?
Solid/Predictable Employer.
Employee Relations Director in Augusta:
Pros: Collaborative Environment/Strong Corporate Culture/Part-time WFH
Cons: Pay, Benefits, Career Trajectory
I love the work that I do.
Sr. Pricing Analyst in Atlanta:
Pros: I am always being challenged everyday something new comes up
Cons: Too many things are a manual process
Fast pace, technology driven, always changing.
Client Services Director in New Jersey:
Pros: People and leaders, diversity and inclusion
Cons: Product team is not aligned with service, finance disconnect
Favoritism is prevalent.
Customer Service Team Leader in El Paso:
Pros: Family friendly and mostly flexible for employees not on a workforce management schedule.
Cons: Salary increases are weak. If you start at the bottom and work your way to management, you’ll likely not make nearly as much as someone who onboards into a management level role from the outside.
Independence and able to set my own goals and how much I want to grow.
Payroll Specialist in Tempe:
Pros: Given the freedom to complete tasks at my own pace. Also able to learn and grow as much as I want. The tools are available.
Cons: The management allows unprofessional behavior in the workplace.
Such a great atmosphere.
Project Manager, Information Technology (IT) in Virginia Beach:
Pros: I like the flexibility of my schedule that allows for a better work-life balance
Cons: I am not quite sure how to transition into other roles within the company.
Stuck in the 1970's.
Senior Product Management Director in New York:
Pros: I really wish that there was something optimistic I could say. Nada.
Cons: Was hired to innovate at one of the "ADP Ventures" and joined the company only to realize that they're "innovating" only for the PR benefits. Some of their biggest innovation investments have morphed into disastrous failures, and the company is run by "tenured" old boys that are stuck in the 70's when it comes to understanding the current tech landscape, and business strategy.
