Alorica, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Alorica, Inc.?

Good Company - Poor Politics.
Customer Service Supervisor in Fredericksburg:
Pros: I like that I've been able to grow my career quickly. I like most of the people I've worked with.
Cons: Team Managers are paid very poorly and the company "line" is that the pay is "industry standard." Tenure is more important than merit and work ethic when it comes to making cuts to the team even though tenured Team Managers perform less than bare minimum of their job duties and actively steal from the company.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Sarasota:
My experience didn't go beyond training as I was offered a position in my field, accounting/bookeeping, closer to my home. The staff and employees I dealt with were professional and friendly. Compensation was appropriate for my level of expertise and the area.
I enjoy helping others.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Bradenton:
Pros: Helping others, I work with other businesses, I work from home
Cons: The salary, some of the management doesn't communicate with the people in a lower position as them
Employee dissatisfaction.
Call Center Agent in Miami:
Pros: scheduling flexibility
Cons: Pay. Prior to the pandemic there was no pathway to a raise for almost 3 years, then out of the blue the hourly rate increased.
Very rewarding, but can be very stressful.
Office Manager in Joplin:
Pros: Working with my peers and helping promote agents.
Cons: The amount of work that is required to complete on a weekly and monthly basis can be overwhelming and stressful at times.
So much pressure it's like your enrolled into a acting class.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Makati City:
