Subway Restaurant Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Subway Restaurant Inc?
Stressful.
District Manager, Food & Facilities Management Services in Leavenworth:
Pros: Steady pay
Cons: It's locked up we're always short-staffed and it's gotten worse since COVID because nobody wants to return to work or they apply we call them for an interview and then they don't show up
It's an okay first job.
Cook, Restaurant in Seminole:
Pros: I like that we get free food, tips, and some of us have managers who actually care.
Cons: Corporate and the owners implement rules to fix things that aren't broken, the pay for employees is not sufficient to make a living even working more than forty hours a week, and the insurance is $300 per WEEK. Great job for teens needing work experience, but not much else unless you're a manager.
It's really enthusiastic. Very neat, tasteful and caring what others are eating.

Under paid. Time consuming. No benifets.

Cons: Having to do all the hiring firing inventory truck order and scheduling only to be paid 15.50 an hour
It's a positive fast pace.
