Burger King Corporation Reviews

What is it like working at Burger King Corporation?

It's a trap.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Grand Rapids:
Pros: Some of the kids I get to meet and learn about. It hurts to see em go sometimes. I try to inspire as many of them to do better than Burger King every day of my life. Go to school and make something of yourself.
Cons: The lies. Raises never happening, vacation getting delayed. People getting chance after chance when they NEED to be fired. Absent or walk outs is not acceptable unless you work at this company. Safty is a joke and so is management. Nice people for the most part, but they could be making WAY more money if they gave the right people the jobs or bothered to work on some. Not to mention the lack of care for the employees. It's a real joke.
Always busy and you are always rushing.
Cook, Fast Food in Chillicothe:
Pros: The shifts go by fast because I am always doing something.
Cons: Picking up everyone’s slack
This could be so much easier.
Restaurant Assistant Manager in Plattsmouth:
Pros: Seeing the employees I've invested in becoming managers and teaching newcomers.
Cons: Poor Communication and management training
Restaurant Manager in Calhoun:
It has been awesome working for Burger King.. They really take care of their employees.. I am happy to be a shift manager with this company and want to move up in this company. I work with an awesome crew and managers.
Degrading and depressing to work there.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Dayton:
Pros: The people I work with besides the managers
Cons: for some reason the managers think they are better than everybody else and we're not allowed to talk to another person outside of Burger King that is not a manager excuse me
It helps me get by while I'm in college.
Assistant Manager in Cleveland:
Pros: We are all friends at my store
Cons: I make more money than the federal poverty limit, but not enough to live on my own comfortably
General Manager, Restaurant in Georgetown:
I had a wonderful team of higher management behind me but the environment was stressful and was very draining with the hours and expectations. I loved my job but it was to demanding for my family and myself.
