Pros: CBRE is a great company to work for. They do a lot to have a good reputation. Very corporate. The benefits are nice. Good pay for what it is.
Cons: No growth opportunities. Very transactional work. No sense of family. Very formal. I feel that my skill sets are not utilized.
Jumping from one frying pan to the other.
Building Maintenance Engineer in Seattle:
Pros: Mobility and freedom
Cons: The client company's Facilities Manager for my district is disrespectful, condensating and power hungry clown.
Senior Project Manager, Construction in Detroit:
CBRE does not care about the financial well-being of their employees and they do not honor the agreed upon bonus and raise structure identified in the offer letter accepted at hiring. They make empty promises to get you in the door then they never live up to those promises.
Good place to work.
