The new leadership has provided clear and measured processes in which we can excel in what we do. The culture is relaxed and compensation is very competitive to other multi national company's in South Africa.Good benefits.
Maintenance Supervisor:
I enjoy the position. We are spread too thin. Need more supervisors for the size of our facility. I enjoy the people I work with and for. We have a great team. Benefits are good. Four choices for insurance and not too expensive. Pay is good as well.
