Rentokil Initial Reviews

What is it like working at Rentokil Initial?

A lot of changes has happened since I started I’m just catching on I’m new but the veterans have close to 300 stocks and I have 170 or so meanwhile I’m at almost 100% and we’re only halfway through the month and they’re barely at 50 or below.
Pest Control Technician in Lakeland:
Pros: Leaving a customers house and knowing they’re satisfied in their problem was actually taken care of but also The money if I can get what they said I would be making as a pest tech as long as I put in the work the production and leads and overtime which I am I will be so happy I have twins that are going to be 3 in September and a 1 yr old and I currently adopted my 17 year old sister so this is the best job I’ve ever had benefits and the ways to make that extra buck a car a phone the opportunities they say are endless im excited but for a woman it is hard I’m not gonna lie and hot but I do it every day
Cons: Production total I get and the vets pick the better ones to keep the larger stops
Maximize my potential as business partnering role to Managing Director.
Finance Manager in Singapore:
Pros: Provide the support the business needs to Managing Director, Sales and Operations Directors.
Cons: Nothing
Under Pressure and Challenging.
Administrative / Office Manager in Hamilton:
Pros: I have control over a lot of stuff that I am doing as it's a very specialised area in this company
Cons: I feel I'm well underpaid for what I am doing. Communication in the company is poor and not very transparent operational wise
Average. Under paid and over worked.
Operations Supervisor in Christchurch:
Pros: The ability to be on my own and fix issues without having to go through anyone.
Cons: Working 60+ hours a week for no extra money. Being a slave and not being appreciated for what I have done or currently am doing.
