Pros: Flexibility, Work-life balance
Cons: No communication from management, No pay raise in last three years, low compensation
Customers do not understand that good customer service doesn't mean saying yes to their every demand. This makes the job even more difficult on a daily basis.

Pros: I like the company culture, you can transfer to different places within but it's a patty shop to get promoted
Cons: To be promoted in your dept is a patty shop. They always chose their friends or not allowing agents the opportunity to apply.

Pros: The people that work there are friendly and down to earth. We all work hard and get everything done on time.
Cons: Compensation is terrible, they promote your title and tell you a raise is coming, but it never comes. No raise in over 5 years, and that raise was less than 2 percent. So really no raise in over 10 years. However I excel constantly. There is no room to grow financially here.
Great interaction with coworkers by not enough transparency. Too many responsibilities and not enough compensation.
