Kraft Heinz Company Reviews
What is it like working at Kraft Heinz Company?
Maintenance Technician in Springfield:
Pros: Getting a consistent paycheck. Satisfaction after making repairs or improvements to a line. Building teamwork and capability in my coworkers.
Cons: 2% annual raises compared to 7% inflation rate. The pay 7 years ago was much better than today for the same job. Doesn’t feel like the extra stress is worth it since the pay is progressively getting worse. Tons of job openings for mechanics/techs and electricians that have been infilled for months on end, but the corporation refuses to give pay raises for technical resource associates.
Long hours, low pay for type of work, no recognition for good work.
Instrument and Electrical Technician in Jacksonville:
Pros: I am proud of my work quality
Cons: No one has a clue what I do here
Does kraft/heinz have a future?
Ammonia Refrigeration Technician in Chicago:
Pros: it has been a stable employer for many years.
Cons: change of ownership does not make me feal confterble.
