Optician:
Pros: I like my patients and their families, I also like helping patients in a professional environment.
Cons: It gets so busy and no help. In our center its only 2 associates the manager and myself. Sometimes I work without breaks and 30 minute lunch time. None of the surrounding stores want to help out. Too many chiefs and no indians to delegate to.
My insight.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: The diverse customers and associates that work for me. Also not knowing what the expect from day to day hour to hour. I also enjoy the impromptu complaints and having to think on my toes at all times to get bestbresults.
Cons: The company as a whole is understaffed. Also the amount of hours required for my position. I also feel the compensation should be higher for the work and hours required.
Stressful.
Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: Learning about medical care today.
Cons: The demand for quick accurate service under stressful situations involving improperly trained individuals. I also dont like the lack of proper training and inability to train correctly consistantly.. I feel like there are parts of my job I really dont understand like I should.
