What is it like working at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc?
Customer Service Supervisor:
Pros: What they do for the customers and community.. Also the growth of the my career.
Cons: The employees needs better customer service skills working with the public.
UNREWARDING.
Customer Service Supervisor:
Pros: NICE PEOPLE.
Cons: MANAGEMENT VERY DISORGANIZED AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.
Alot of work, but could be worse.
Assistant Store Manager:
Pros: I get to interact with associates daily and develop their skill sets to be better merchants. Also taking care of difficult customers is a good feeling if you can turn their experience to a positive one.
Cons: Never out in time. The demands of the job continue to increase, but there seems to be less compensation bonus wise yearly. Difficult on family life.
Cashier.
Cashier:
Pros: I like interaction with the customers.
Cons: Standing all day ring.
Appreciate the workers! Stop acting like crimes in a suit.
Sales Associate:
Pros: My co workers make the day easier.
Cons: The managers not trusting the associates.
All I have to say they treat there associates like crap.
Cake Decorator:
Pros: I like the cake Decorating but I will never work there again.
Cons: Never ever work there again and I never felt welcome.
Good.
Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: Learning new career, advance to higher position ,
Cons: Feeling stupid, working with grumpy unfriendly co-workers, working the mid shift , stress level is minimum , being the newbie getting the blame for everything .
Short handed in the Dept . Scheduling problem .
