Pros: Diversity.
Cons: No work/life balance.

Pros: I like the position I hold, I love the people I work with. I enjoy helping others and feeling like I hold a important role.
Cons: Feeling like I cant always express my option and concerns.
Ok.
Retail Sales Associate:
Pros: Liked my co worker.
Cons: The managers.
Very stressful and no support from management staff.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
Pros: The paid time off.
Cons: No support from management staff. Stress.
Well balanced job.
Department Manager, Retail Store:
Pros: Satisfying challenge at work. Some stress. Lots of responsibility. Need to make decisions that can result in thousands of dollars a day more or less in sales. Lots of meticulous detail work solving problems with onhands and replenishment.
Cons: Terrible pay. Will not negotiate pay. Avoid talking about pay. Excessive indoctrination of corporate culture.
Busy always changing dual roles.

Pros: They have great healthcarebenefits and retirement plan.
Cons: Not always being able to elevate in position. I would like a manage position. I took the position I have because it was the only full tome position available at the time I was hired.
Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: I love taking charge and making a difference in other peoples lives.
Cons: Upper management thinks that it is appropriate to take charge of a situation by yelling first and asking questions later.
