A little less money, a lot less stress.
Pharmacy Manager:
Pros: Plenty of technician hours, cashier at all times.

Training on the Go.
Retail Store Manager:

Working with associates.
Making a difference in the workplace.

12-15 hour work days with only 1 day off sometimes.
Promotion.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
Pros: The patients.
Cons: Not having enough people who here to be able to communicate with customers.
Department Manager, Retail Store:
Pros: I like helping customers and listening to their stories.
Cons: The customers are sometimes horrible to deal with, but I can handle that. It's the management that I can't deal with. It's the constant lies, the constant change of policy to fit what they want at that time. It's confusing, irritating, frustrating etc.
The most horrible job ever.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Just being employed is about the only good thing.
Cons: Managers don't care about the workers, we are always in the wrong and they don't want to listen to our ideas. They favor some workers over other workers. Lots of favoritism and no consideration for workers who need to change their availability due to family or medical concerns.
