Pros: No consideration being the only decoratore. No help anywhere.
Cons: If your not a friend or a church memeber youre look over.
It's not bad.

Cons: the pay isn't all that great i am looking for higher pay
Often time you will have to do the work of other shifts or other workers for the same wage.

Pros: The people are enjoyable and the opportunities are there if you desire.
Cons: The companies constant "nickle and diming" of its employees, work that other shifts are supposed to do being put into you for the same wage, strict policies that make you feel like a slave more then an employee.

Cons: Driving next to some motoring public, that have a negative veiw towards Wal-Mart and or Wal-Mart truck drivers.
