Extremely stressful and very difficult.

Pros: Some of the co-workers
Cons: The fact that if other departments don’t get stuff done it falls on us

Cons: I like least about this job is that I have to walk to get to my job but I know that soon I will bei able to pay for a car to get to work
Having worked in retail 20 yrs the overnight shift is a nice break. It's hard work but I enjoy it. Never a dull moment.
Overnight Stocker in Indio:
Pros: The teamwork with the overnight crew.
Cons: The lazy ppl get all the breaks/perks. When they finally "do" something productive they get recognized. As for the productive ppl get called on when they have 1 bad day.
High Stress.

Pros: The people interaction
Cons: High stress on a hourly position that should more than likely be made into salary because of the workload.
Boss makes a dollar, you make a dime.
Retail Sales Associate in Midvale:
Pros: I’ve been given lots of practice with conflict resolution. Employee and customers.
Cons: Poor pay, 4th year in a row of a 2% raise given to all employees regardless of merit, convoluted and unhelpful pto process, micromanagement from corporate, and no store power to reward outstanding employees.
A good place to work.
Cashier in Austin:
Pros: meeting new people every day and talking to them.
Cons: sometimes the customers can be challenging.
