Pros: I’ve been given lots of practice with conflict resolution. Employee and customers.
Cons: Poor pay, 4th year in a row of a 2% raise given to all employees regardless of merit, convoluted and unhelpful pto process, micromanagement from corporate, and no store power to reward outstanding employees.
A good place to work.
