The Boeing Company Reviews

What is it like working at The Boeing Company?

Important but underappreciated.
Technical Writer in Huntsville:
Pros: Getting to read about interesting technologies
Cons: Management doesn't understand what I do
Magnanimity is earned.
Program Manager, IT in Bellevue:
Pros: The world is a better place because of what I do.
Cons: No complaints.
It is not a software company. But it is becoming one.
Software Engineer in Huntsville:
Pros: Working autonomously and independently
Cons: Needs more collaboration, communication, cadence and software process. Software is not the only product. That being the case, software processes are not on the level of industry leaders.
Finance Analyst in Everett:
Great company to develop up to mid career. Sadly, they do not pay competitively in comparison to other local companies which forces people to leave the company. Too much political correctness causes red tape!
Supply Chain Analyst in Salt Lake City:
This is my dream company. I am inspired by the work everyday. My team is well collaborative, my manager is caring and and supportive. I feel very lucky to be here. The interview process is quite long, about 2-3 months but totally worth it. Boeing has a great compensation, 401k plan and insurance.
Inaccurate Job Description.
Software Engineer in Merritt Island:
Pros: Flexible schedule, great benefits, nice people.
Cons: Poor communication of available work, and of job role in program
The sky is the limit.
Manufacturing Manager in Portland:
Pros: Opportunity to move up and expand in multiple fields
Cons: My management/leadership team
