Software Engineer:
Pros: It has a strong reputation in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
Cons: Job security is always a chip on the shoulder and constant program re-organization is a distraction for productive engineers.
Great place and company to work for.

Pros: Flexibility, education benefits.
Cons: Very big company.

Pros: Work flexibility and the people I work with.
Cons: The bureaucracy and length in decisionmaking.
Very Political/Harassment/Moving/Not Understanding The Employee.
Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) Inspector:
Pros: The people that I work with and when I have a good supervisor.
Cons: When a person has an injury they do not consider there mistake/harassment and move people around to different areas, the area that people are in works well with medical restrictions and then they still make a person mentally stressed.
Good Job.
Finance Analyst:
Pros: I like building airplanes. THey take you places.
Cons: Lack of accountability to any plan/schedule.
Standard Defense Industry Huge Company Environment.
Senior Project Manager, Engineering:
Pros: Flexibility, atmosphere among colleagues, facilities, pay, educational opportunities.
Cons: The stress of having to deal with ego-driven program managers and department managers; being lied to (as a group) by the business group leader; being laid off because they found less expensive direct-chargeable personnel.
