What is it like working at The Boeing Company?
Unfair pay structure, little work-life balance for families.
Industrial Engineer in Tacoma:
Pros: If you have good management, they are flexible to virtual work.
Cons: Unfair pay increases for some employees based on title, rather than actual work performed, and being at mercy of management in regards to virtual work requests. Personal mental and physical health (i.e. medical issues) are brushed aside in favor of 100% onsite mandates.
Stress engineers not fairly compensated.
Stress Engineer in Los Angeles:
Pros: Close to home
Cons: Pay doesn't compensate for stressful work environment and responsibilities of stress engineers. Can't attract/retain talent.
Stress Liaison Engineer.

Cons: Lack of transparency and opportunities for advancement and raises.
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Seattle:
Good:
Pay, decent opportunities, medical insurance, union benefits, light duty work, employee discounts, educational tuition & coverage.
Bad:
Poor operational practices, abysmal leadership, management, company direction, union representatives, political, poor company process, absolutely no accountability (thanks union)
Wouldn’t recommend it.
Aircraft and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic in Seattle:
Pros: Easy work
Cons: They tell you to your face having a education / experience in aviation and having an A&P doesn’t matter. They pick people up off the street with no training, throw them on a flightline. The managers know nothing about planes too. It’s the blind leading the blind.
Creatively satisfying.
Sr. Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer in Huntsville:

Cons: The company is a target for negative publicity
Overtime opportunities, and can be very fast pace.
Aircraft Mechanic / Service Technician in Everett:
Pros: The freedom to move around with in the company as far as job titles
