Fun job but not much else.

Pros: Casual attire, some store discounts, friendly atmosphere with other team members and guests.
Cons: Store discount is slim, scheduling can be unpredictable, not all of management has been promoted for the right reasons.
Fun, but demanding.

Pros: Free to manage my time to get the area looking nice and product out so the guest can find the products they want. Helping guest shop for ideas to decorate there house, gifts for family and friends, and finding hard to find items. Help Finding solutions to problems.
Cons: Management not solving problems. Training and direction is lacking with consistancy. System updates for software and devices have consistent glitches which has created problems with on hand and daily pulls from back stock.
