TCS is best as always from all point of views. Work wise awesome and not much work pressure. 34 leaves annually. Average annual hike of 7%. One point very important is if u got D band during appraisal then your ctc will be down by 10%. A, B, C bands will increase your salary at an average of 10, 8, 7% respectively.
