Syneos Health Reviews

What is it like working at Syneos Health?

Mixed-feelings.
Medical Affairs Coordinator in Wilmington:
Pros: Freedom to work remotely. Half of the 40k+ employees already worked from home prior to COVID.
Cons: I feel underutilized as a problem-solver.
Work/Life Balance.
Marketing Specialist in Columbus:
Pros: Syneos Health allows us to flex our schedule (7-4, 8-5, or 9-6) through the week. Prior to the pandemic, we were able to work from home once a week. Management is understanding that we have a life outside of work and treats us as such. Our company is positive and empathetic and gives us opportunities to work autonomously.
Cons: There is limited upward career mobility in my division of Syneos.
A Challenge but Worth It.
Associate Director, Marketing in Cary:
Pros: I'm constantly encouraged and challenged to learn something I didn't know before and apply it to benefit the team.
Cons: The pay is inconsistent
Involved with a wide spectrum of activities in support of assigned Client.
Operations Manager in Somerset:
Pros: Flexibility as far as working remotely.
Cons: Salary disparity among staff performing same roles and job description
HR Business Partner.
Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in London:
Pros: Working with talented people
Cons: Not having local control to address challenges and implement changes
Challenging and rewarding.
Operations Supervisor in Toronto:
Pros: Autonomy and development
Cons: It's US and Europe based so Canada is often out of the loop and not always updated.
Combining quality in document for high quality.
Clinical Trial Associate in Islington:
Pros: The responsibility to contribute to a clinical trial
Cons: Not being involved with patient communication on site
