Cons: How fast starbucks tries to promote products with little training time.

Cons: The related stress.
Depends on your district managet.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: I love working with people and enjoy the customers.
Cons: Lack of support from upper management, unrealistic goals, minimal hours to efficiently run store and provide enough hours for partners. Pay too low for cost of living, inequity for pay with cities within 1 mile apart, partners could not afford Healthcare or education plan provided.

Pros: I love the fast pace and mostly I love my customers that come in to see me everyday.
Cons: Getting my work done fast and then getting ask to do someone else's work because they move slow. So doing two people's jobs but only getting paid for one.
Fun times.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere and all I can drink coffee while working.
Cons: Behind the times as far as technology goes.
Retail Shift Supervisor:
Pros: The pay and the benefits.
Cons: Constant chaotic environment.
