Cons: Lack of clarity around instructions from manager, por career progression, in my case.

Pros: I enjoy the work and the people. It is not a stressful job at all.
Cons: I feel for the experience I have, compared to my peers, they have a higher career level with higher pay.
It's good, because I think SAP is one of the few company where also technical work is considered to be worth.

Cons: Lack of employees in the department for the amount of work and the slow response of the company to act on it. Mounting pressure as colleagues are leaving for better opportunities. Decreased free time for learning and training.
