Product Development Manager in Chicago:
It's horrible, I was accountable for work outside of my JD, it lasted so long that leadership moved me onto a different team to justify the lack of reasoning for not providing resources to me. They created a JD based on the responsibilities that were dumped onto me.
Fantastic place to work!
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Salem:
Pros: I have a great relationship with my supervisor and get honest feedback from her. I'm treated fairly and our team is supportive of each other. I like being able to help our customers with issues they may be facing, and that helps the world be a better place!
Cons: I don't like the push to get our call times down. I like to take my time and make sure everything is resolved for someone before they hang up. We are never threatened with losing our jobs over high call times, but will lose a portion of our bonus.
Excellent place to work. Very Multicultural.
