OptumHealth, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at OptumHealth, Inc.?

Research Associates support Pharmaceutical Epidemiology studies.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type) in Boston:
Pros: I like working on important public health projects.
Cons: I feel that I am expected to do much for the amount that I am paid.
Great Pay/Job/Company. Bad work/like balance.
Software Engineer in Minneapolis:
Pros: Pay
Cons: Work life balance isn't even a metric here, seriously. They say if you have a problem to bring it up with your manager. You better really like your job because you're gonna be doing it 50-65 hours a week. Some people get lucky and have normal positions, but I'd say 33% have it rough.
Product Support Analyst:
It is a decent company to work for. They are part of UHG so you are part of a gigantic organization. Culture is good, they are positive and innovative. Benefits are not great, even though they are a healthcare company. Pay is less than competitive and is the major factor for our teams low moral.
Fun.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Muntinlupa City:
Pros: I learned a lot
Cons: Unfair treatment
