Very demanding.

Pros: Working with different customers and in different cultural environments
Cons: Constant pressure and chasing quarterly targets missing out on the long-term customer relations and loyalty
A lot of new things a processes all the time, not always knowing what to do.
Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Krakow:
Pros: It gives me a lot of independence at work, I get to use my problem-solving skills a lot, it's not boring.
Cons: I don't think I'm fulfilling my potential and don't have a clear picture of where I'm going. I also think that I'm underpaid.
Service Delivery Manager in Chicago:
Way far from any other professional environment that I heard or worked in before, unfriendly environment and very poor training provided. Not recommended at all to any candidate specially through recruiters.
Smart People in a Collegial Environment.

Challenging and stressful.
Security Officer in Montréal:

Principal Software Engineer:
Pros: Good people. Strong engineering culture.
Cons: Long slow downward spiral over the last several years. Increasing amount of work is moving to eastern Europe.
Rewarding work, but company going downhill fast.
Senior Systems Engineer:
Pros: Engineer radio systems for public safety and commercial markets around the world. It's rewarding that the general public benefits from our work and lives are saved.
Cons: Company has been downsizing for 2+ years, decreasing benefits, and replacing work tools with cheaper, less quality versions. Everyone has been on pins & needles wondering who will be laid off next.
