Tough cut throat culture.
Senior Internal Auditor in East Hanover:
Pros: Knowing different people across various business functions. Lots of project to do and learn from doing.
Cons: Strong focus on cutting costs in the short term. High turnover rate. Overload work. No SOP on training or rule to comply but only listen to the management's order.
Good place to work for the right individual.
Maintenance Machinist in Portland:
Pros: The pay and benefits outweigh the stressors.
Cons: The lack of organization between management and their lack of knowledge over their respective departments, more specifically maintenance related.
PCMs at Mondelez is an exciting oppotunity.
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Birmingham:
Pros: The range and breathe of the work I can get involved in and the iconic brands I can work with.

Maintaning the glory.

Unfairly treated.

Cons: Taking samples of the ingredients and submitting it to the labs
National Account Manager:
The new leadership has provided clear and measured processes in which we can excel in what we do. The culture is relaxed and compensation is very competitive to other multi national company's in South Africa.Good benefits.
Maintenance Supervisor:
I enjoy the position. We are spread too thin. Need more supervisors for the size of our facility. I enjoy the people I work with and for. We have a great team. Benefits are good. Four choices for insurance and not too expensive. Pay is good as well.
