What is it like working at Magna Automotive?
Senior Systems Analyst:
Still a bit too traditional in a sense of work environment, not attractive to young people. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, cubicle thinking But stable and employee oriented. They do a lot for the people, their families and the community.
Extreme overtime.

Automation Engineer in Toledo:

Cons: stress and workload
Challenging and rewarding.
Maintenance Supervisor in Toledo:
Pros: Not strict boundaries. Can make improvements and make things better with little hindrances
Cons: stress and workload
Quality Assurance (QA) Technician:
Quality is far from a priority. Training is non existent so many bad parts are made, leadership is far too focused on production which brings them their bonuses. Culture is work 12 hours a day, 7 days per week with no quality of life. Plant is blistering hot in summer, freezing cold in winter. Pay is average. Benefits are average. My advice...look elsewhere.
