Senior Financial Analyst in Tempe:
Pros: Relatively good pay; however you're still underpaid compared to the entire economy and even other similar positions in the industry. Meaning it pays the bills, yes. However in other organizations you will make more money.
Cons: Constant grind with little chance for a break. If you do a lot successfully, they will want you to do even more. No respect for your time, mental health, physical health. Upper management is all about blah blah blah.
