Relationship Banker in Jaipur:

Cons: to meet with vlieny at their palaced ... and push for business targets but that was not a leval of service given by bank
It's a torture and don't see what the bank wants from the team.
Regional Sales Manager in Bangalore:
Pros: Stable job and fairly secure
Cons: The work culture and attitude of the bosses who have been in the system their entire career and think they are upto the best practices in the industry and will do anything to please the upper management including demeaning the team and rediculing them. Also in chase for more business and to compete with their counterparts sometimes they solicit bad businesses and accounts looking at the short-term benefit rather than long term risk.
Business Development Manager in Muzaffarpur:
The bank has changed a lot since Madam Kochhar left. The job dissatisfaction is elevating among us. Huge and unimaginable targets have been given. Pay scale is very low and I think we are underpaid. The promotions are fully in the hand of reporting authority or supervisor. The new recruitment in middle management is done without any specific qualifications hence the culture had changed and insecurity is felt badly. Also yes boss culture will only lead to the growth you need. Almost old staffs had left and each day they r leaving.
Handling clients portfolio, trade and forex.
Relationship Manager in Noida:

Relationship Manager in Ahmedabad:
