Health and Welfare Reviews

What is it like working at Health and Welfare?

Little communication from the top, toxic, desk life.
Benefits Specialist in Boise:
Pros: benefits, helping people
Cons: toxic coworkers and environment. We're told to be grateful we have a job, no unionizing etc. I want to find other ways to help people, programs are limited. No exercise, stuck at desk.
Love the experience.
Benefits Specialist in Forestville:
Pros: Dealing with new hires
Cons: Dont feel appreciated. They do not provide bonuses or raises.
