Pros: You just work and let the management enjoy all of their perks.people are called to work on their off days.people often work on night shifts without a cafeteria even.so embarassing the core of the company engineering people are not valued are the work environment is not good.management never appreciates hard and good work .they just leave office on time everyday.people at night have dinner in the hangar .pathetic situation
