Cons: How little I get paid and how boring it can be.
Unrealistic Expectations for Inadequate Pay.
Retail Sales Associate in Fountain Hill:
Pros: I enjoy working with the customers that come into our store, they are the reason I am here. I like helping people get healthier in their life and I can actively over the months of getting to know them, see people make progress in a positive way.
Cons: The company provides training on how to meet their goals which are absolutely unreasonable and trying to point that out is nearly asking to get fired. You can't sell a blind person glasses and you can't and shouldn't try to get a person to buy things they don't need and don't want but it is regularly a practice here. On top of that we are well under paid, lower than 10% of the national average and more duties are added without additional pay or hours given to get that work done. It's just one unreasonable thing after another here.
Stressful adding new company product and procedures without raises.
Retail Store Manager in Flagstaff:

Company is failing.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in San Jose:
