Used to be great place to work but downsizing imminent and senior management not leading well thru change.
Finance Manager in Houston:
Pros: The people I work with are top notch. Very rare for people to not do thier job or leave you hanging if you relyon them for something.
Cons: Corporate Culture and lack of appreciation for long hours and delivery of significant workloads.
Good job but need greater recognition and opportunities.

Cons: The bureaucracy and slow decision making.
Great People.

Pros: The People! Working alongside operations and maintenance is a joy.
Cons: Their focus is too much on ranking and networking with upper management to climb the ranking system.
