I have been with this company for years now, and the job duties are not the issues. The issues with this company are the pay and how the increases are evaluated , they say the benefit is that they offer overtime but we are having to work six days in order to at least pick up a few hours extra just to make it. The competitor is just across from us and they are starting ccht anywhere from $3 to $5 increase difference, why is that we are the least paid? Some of the Davita's are already offering a pay differential for the shifts that are available what and who determines what clinic gets what? Davita is one of the top five hundred fortune companies yet the technicians are the ones who have been loosing out of the profits this company has made. What, Who and Where can we get answers ?
