Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.?
IT is like being in school while you learn others interfer and cause problems. The work is easy but some of the people make it hard by not compying with the company on a daily bases of perfomance.
Warehouse Associate in Memphis:
Pros: I like the ability to learn new and different things and products that service or country and people.
Cons: They way the company allows some people with not work ethics or means of helping the company to grow lots of damage to products is what i don't like and enough space to put it.
Very tasking but interesting.
Senior Systems Analyst in Lagos:
Pros: A very accommodating place for learning
Cons: I am the only one in IT supporting managing 98 users
Happy from all parameters.
Sales Team Leader, Retail in Surat:
Pros: Flexibility, culture, supporting team , listening and solving problems
Cons: Sales pressure In situation when there is no scope for sales left
Delivery Driver in River Falls:
Management is too often uninvolved and uninterested. Poor communication top down. Finding the proper avenues to contact your immediate superior and proper contacts proves difficult. The job has been enjoyable and could be great with the right team, it just needs a management that’s hands on and available to deal with the responsibilities a lower level employee requires from their superiors. Responsibilities and tasks above your pay grade or ability that simply go unchecked and without response. Thus unfortunately you’re left in a boat nobody cared to make sure there was a paddle in. Blame then falls on you for not making it back to shore. Don’t expect a raise, “if you’re in it for the money, this probably isn’t the job for you.”
I coordinate start to end planning process, rolling estimate, annual business plans, strategic business plans.
Senior Financial Analyst in Johannesburg:
Pros: Exposure to deal with executive team
Cons: Posting journals
Stressful, long hours, bad communication, reasonable days off.
Delivery Driver:
Pros: Reasonable paid time off.
Cons: Communication, direction, turnover rate, leadership, account managing,
A fair place to work.
Warehouse Supervisor:
Pros: There are numerous opportunities within the company to change departments and apply for promotions.
Cons: Very demanding work. Schedule can include very long hours.
