Beckman Coulter Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Beckman Coulter Inc?
Field Service Engineer in Burlington:
Pros: I prefer to work mostly autonomously while fixing instrumentation. Although, I do like and can work in a team setting from time to time.
Cons: I feel trust between management and associates could be better. Too many metrics and items getting in the way of getting work and value added tasks completed.
Run away.
Field Sales Representative in Arecibo:
Pros: Benefits, but you have to be constantly reminding the HR what you signed and the locals laws
Cons: No empathy, a harassment environment
Love the work, Compensation not so much.
Senior Staff Engineer in Fort Collins:
Pros: The people I work with every day and the impact our instruments have on helping our customers further their research into understanding many of mankind's most serious diseases.
Cons: You are encouraged to make/take on agressive stretch goals intended to highlight gaps in process/people so they can be addressed, but do not expect to remain fairly compensated when you fall short of the goals.
Overall good experience and environment.
Sales Specialist in Johannesburg:
Pros: The people are like family
Cons: The compensation is not that good
