Accentcare, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Accentcare, Inc.?

Autonomy, but poor work-life balance; mediocre management.
Nurse Case Manager in Stone Mountain:
Pros: autonomy. becoming more confident in my own judgment. making recommendations to MDs. Pt education.
Cons: hours of charting; having to do my own schedule; frequent turnover in management; unreliable or unverifiable answers from management; poor email response from management. feeling of "us against them," clinicians vs office. feeling that management wants me to work ad infinitum, or to do parts of their job for them.
Frustrated.
Lead Physical Therapist (PT) in Lancaster:
Pros: Flexibility and one on one therapy care to patients
Cons: Pay is not enough. Coverage area too large and not compensated for going the extra
Ok.
Caregiver in Houston:
Pros: I can work for home and take care of my dad and still try to pay bills. I am the caregiver for my dad. It allows me to earn some money for stuff I already have to do. It's hard to get a job that allows me to take care of my dad at the same time. This works. I just wish I was paid more as prices are increasing and it's getting harder to pay bills.
Cons: I wish the pay was more. I can't clock in and get paid for days where he is admitted into the hospital and I'm still doing work at home for him and taking care of him in the hospital when I visit or stay till he's released again. No bonuses in pay.
Its okay.
Caregiver in Riverside:
Pros: Flexible schedules and awesome clients
Cons: No paid sick leave. no vacation days. no raises. no 401k match. You have to give 24 hours notice for calling off, but they dont have to give you 24 hours noticed for when a client cancels.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Grenada:
Pros: Flexibility with making my own schedule. Ability to take lunch when needed to attend appointments. Ability to attend school functions when needed.
Cons: Pay.
Non compensating with demanding job duties.
Care Provider in Waco:
Pros: I provide Elderly companionship
Cons: Lowest pay on the chart
I work for my mom, and I would like to get paid a little more then what I am.
Caregiver in Lampasas:
Pros: I'm taking care of my mother
Cons: Nothing
