Tecomet Reviews

What is it like working at Tecomet?

It's fine, currently.
Utility Clerk in Manchester:
Pros: The workers are great people. We are bonded, in the sense that, management views what we do as "not a real job" and we are made to feel, that we have no value as people, nor any value to offer the company, except our health, and our lives.
Cons: Upper management, and their favoritism towards certain group leaders, and the politics. We are not viewed as people, we are tools, to be used, worn out, and replaced. Tools should not speak, only do their job, at a less than competitive rate.

It was a joke. I gave that place my all until, rather than being recognized or appreciated, I was left feeling like I was walking on eggshells to keep my job and not upset my supervisor. For a long time I thought I was the one that was petty, when I seemed to jump from one thing that upset me to the next. Only after leaving for a better job did I realize this wasn't the case at all. It was them and not me. Now I work for a company that I feel re
