Great place to work.
Test Manager in Noida:
Pros: It allows me to stay open minded about ways of doing work, decisions, processes flexibility, timelines flexibility and a 100% work from home environment.
Cons: The internal learning and development division is not good. No certifications reimbursement(i mean allowed with heavy approvals needed so much so that you would tend to give up getting all the needed approvals and pay from your own pocket), No laptops- only desktops are provided and are a forced choice on employees to get it or wait indefinitely until next 6 months or until some one resigns.
