T.G.I. Friday's Reviews

What is it like working at T.G.I. Friday's?

Fast-paced and you have to love cooking.
Line Cook in Cleveland:
Pros: Making great food having pride in my stations
Cons: Stressful environment
Senior Database Administrator (DBA) in Dallas:
Very nice place to work. People are still learning how to work in modern times as things are more in part of silo working habits. Outside of that, it's an okay place to work. Benefits and pay are not that great.
Sometimes difficult but usually pretty good and fun.
Line Cook in Bethel Park:
Pros: The days that go smoothly and my managers are ususally really cool
Cons: The people i work with. They bring too much negativity, and we get people sometimes who treat me poorly because I'm a woman. It's horrible but unfortunately there's nothing i can do about that.
Learning Basic Stuff, although after a while its boring.
Line Cook in Thessaloniki:
Pros: The team spirit, and the chance to have 2 dayoffs as a cook
Cons: It pays the minimum for what they ask of you.
Rewarding.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: Opportunities for advancement based on merits, not tenure.
